The above set of pictures is of Mr. Blair day at lunch. As many of you guys may know, he is retiring from Evergreen Valley High School as he is at risk of throat cancer. Some don’t know that he doesn’t get to see his kids often. Some don’t know that his wife died a couple of years back, leaving him alone. Some don’t know that he’s a graduate of Caltech, a top 10 prestigious university. Some don’t know he’s an avid basketball player, some don’t know that he flies airplanes on the weekend, that he has the best collection of ’60s music to date, but all of that doesn’t matter. What people do need to know is that this is a man who took life by handles to enjoy it his way, and that he is one of the greatest teachers to ever write on a whiteboard at Evergreen Valley High School.
Good luck and have a speedy recovery Mr. Blair; I hope to see you around.

This makes me really sad. I had Mr. Blair when I was a freshman at EVHS =((( We all hope you recover very soon.
